Package returns

In accordance with Articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Return costs are your responsibility. Packages must be returned via the Colissimo service and at the rates in effect at Colissimo.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept certain product returns such as bodysuits or accessories.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with their labels and packaging.

Any damaged or stained product will be refused.
