Our Alsace almond dragees are coated with a thin, shiny layer of sugar, slightly thicker than the avolas.

Caliber 34/35 (quantity varies depending on the size of the almonds, approximately 350 dragees per kg).

43% Mediterranean almonds (origin France, Italy and Spain).

French and kosher certified sugared almonds.

Ingredients: Sugar, ALMOND 43%, rice starch, stabilizer: acacia gum, colorings: E124, E133, E171, coating agents: E901, E903, flavoring.
